How would you describe your therapeutic style in three words? Give a short explanation for each descriptor.

Strength-based: I believe everyone has the strength to heal and it’s my goal to help get you there by fine tuning the tools and skills you already have.

Trauma-informed: My priority is to provide a safe, transparent, and empathetic environment to empower you in your own healing journey.

Person-centered: I find importance in creating a judgement free space--you are not defined by your trauma.
