What is your go to self care or grounding routine?
I try my best to start every morning with a nice big walk around my neighborhood. That way, no matter what else happens throughout the day I can feel empowered in knowing I have already done something good for my body and mind!
What is your comfort movie/TV show that you can watch over and over again?
Growing up, my family watched The Princess Bride all the time (like so much our copy of the DVD started skipping) so I would say that's my comfort movie. Its just so nostalgic for us and Im pretty sure I could recite the whole thing by heart at this point!
What is your favorite Ice Cream flavor or dessert?
Hmmm, it would have to be a tie between Turkey Hill Mint Chocolate Chip and Turkey Hill Chocolate Peanut Butter. Also in the running is Ben and Jerrys Dirt Cake flavor!
